     Title: Cerist Standard Distance Triathlon

Cerist Triathlon Club is running an Standard Distance Triathlon this summer on the 22nd July. This event will start with a Sea Swim in Aberdyfi and then the cycle will take you to Machynlleth where you will complete the race with a 10km Run. The distances for the event are as follows:

1500m Swim/ 40km Bike/ 10km Run.
