Upcoming training sessions:

Swim training most Friday evenings, 18:15 - 19:00 and 19:00 - 19:45. Groups split roughy on age and ability, but there is some crossover - come along and discuss with the coaches! No sessions during school holidays.

Indoor fitness sessions are held year-round, and outdoor bike and run sessions held from April to October.
